This is the second time I’ve worked with Brian. He’s very professional. His knowledge is enormous. And he carries himself very professionally and is very honest. If you’re looking for a good residential or commercial inspector, Brian would definitely be a good choice.

I want to thank the team at Superior Home Inspections for tearing apart my hopes and dreams. 😂

But seriously, buyers need home inspectors that are independent, unbiased, and informative. Purchasing a home for the first time will typically be the biggest financial move undertaken by the average, working class person or family. You NEED an inspector who will tell you the truth, even if it hurts to hear.

Brian came out to do my inspection. He was thorough, meticulous, kind and found a plethora of issues that previous inspectors overlooked. This house I was interested in was the perfect size, in the perfect location, at the perfect price point for the area and looked beautiful aesthetically. Brian tore it limb from limb and showed me that it was all a facade. He exposed shoddy workmanship. He saved me from a world of financial ruin. A thorough, 78 page report with photos was forwarded to me in less than 24 hours of the completed inspection.

If you’re considering this team, just do it! I will use them for ALL of my home inspections moving forward! They’re guardian angels for the first time home buyer. Thank you all so much.

Brian was recommended to us by a friend who has hired him to inspect multiple homes. And after our inspection, I would hire Brian for every house! He was able to schedule the inspection within 24 hours and turn around the report within the next 24 hours. Not only was he very thorough in inspecting every system and every part of the house, he was able to communicate in laymen’s terms what he was finding, and possible solutions. The report itself had excellent photos that documented all of the problem areas and a specific description of the issue. Don’t hesitate, schedule an inspection with Brian.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Brian. He came to a house my husband and I - first-time homebuyers - are under contract on and was very personable, eager to explain things thoroughly and in a way that makes sense to the average homebuyer, and incredibly diligent with his work. Not only did he inspect every aspect of the home to the best of his ability (and made it clear when he came across some questionable issues that he suggested a more specialized evaluation of those matters), he also took extra time to speak with us about all of our concerns, show us specific aspects of the house to look out for/keep in mind, and gave us his overall opinion on the home based on his experience with homes built in the same time period. If you want a home inspector that you can feel confident in, you won't regret reaching out to Brian. He was money well spent in this crazy process.

Very pleased, not just happy -- is how we would rate our experience working with an inspector (Brian) from Superior Home Inspections.

He was very knowledgeable, very professional, thorough, punctual and amicable. He patiently answered all my questions, and was very detailed in the home inspection & his report after. Even subsequent to the report delivery, he was very responsive to answer any follow up questions over the next few days. Customer service was excellent all through out the transaction.

Look forward to working with this team again and also will certainly recommend Brian to friends and beyond.

Ray and Brian were both so professional and great to work with. Ray answered many of my initial questions over the phone and really knew what he was talking about. He was honest and helpful. Within 24 hours of my call, our inspector, Brian was out completing our home inspection. He was extremely thorough and really broke things down for us so we could better understand what was an immediate concern vs what could wait. We were very happy with the quality of work done. Brian is great about responding to emails and texting back promptly, too! We had our report within a few hours of our inspection. I highly recommend choosing Superior Home Inspections !

Brian is the reason this place is in business. As an agent and a homeowner, he is one of the best inspectors out there. I've used several other inspection companies before working with Brian, but once I met him and the quality of work he delivered I exclusively have recommended and will continue to recommend him to all my friends and family members. Also, the website is super confusing and doesn't have his information listed. I'd highly recommend an update of the site and the addition of Brian's information. Keep up the great job!!!

Brian was extremely accommodating and scheduled a same day inspection in order to fit our schedule, and then had the complete report to us that night. We were very impressed with the customer service. Additionally, the level of detail and observation was very impressive. We felt like Brian was honest and thorough, and his work helped us make a good decision. We will request him when we need another home inspection.

Brian was great.
Made what could be a difficult situation very easy. He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything, which is unusual as it's common just to receive the written report.
I can't say enough good things about Brian and the service he provided.
I'd definitely use his service again.
